Notes on 580

Signal Clerk 580 is an archivist stationed somewhere in the North Atlantic. He collects what catches his attention and leaves the reasons for another day. It is confirmed that he has resided in both Glasgow and London, and has travelled to many European cities. He now rarely chooses to leave his post. Little else is known.
